Microfinance & technology

Funded by Microsoft Research's Digital Inclusion program into(context) is a design research project developed and carried out by two students, one from the Dutch MSc IE programme, at the Design for Sustainability group at Delft University of Technology. The goal of this project will be to research which technology interaction forms are most appropriate for integration into the operational context of microfinance institutions working in East Africa in order to facilitate entrepreneurs accessing micro credit through KIVA.
